Shipping Options

 

What shipping options are available for furniture orders?

Furniture Shipping is available. We ship the furniture using UShip. Customers have used uShip successfully to ship our furniture to them all over the country.


Pick-Up by the customer at our store location is available for furniture orders during business hours. An email will be sent to the customer when the order is ready for pick-up. Please have this email available when picking up the order.


Furniture Delivery is available to customers that live within 75 miles of our store location. If the customer requests delivery within 25 miles of our store location, the delivery fee is $100.00. If the delivery is between 25 and 75 miles of our store location, the delivery fee is $200.00.

 What shipping options are available for Chandeliers, lights, and Rugs? 

Chandeliers , Lights, and Rug Shipping is available at a flat rate of $39.99.


Pick-Up by the customer at our store location is available for rug orders during business hours. An email will be sent to the customer when the order is ready for pick-up. Please have this email available when picking up the order.


What shipping options are available for bedding?

Bedding Shipping is available at a flat rate of $19.99.

 What shipping options are available for other items listed online?  

Shipping rates of other items will be based on current shipping carrier rates.  

Order Processing FAQ

 

How long do furniture orders take? 

Custom Built Furniture: Since each piece is handcrafted, furniture orders typically take 4 weeks to build. If you need your furniture by a specific date please call our store to find out if your deadline is possible. If you are impatient like me, do not delay ordering because we build our orders in the order in which they were received.


How long do other types of orders take?

Furniture not custom built by us and other items listed online will  depend on the stock we have available, it can take up to two weeks to fulfill and ship an order.  We strive to fulfill and ship your order as quickly a possible. 


  

ORDER CHARGES 

 To get your items to you in a jiffy, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, you’ll be issued a refund for that item (see backorders below) and shipping charges and taxes will be adjusted accordingly. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order (then feel free to celebrate your new find)!


ORDER CHANGES

 Check it twice! Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes to the order, including cancellation. This includes if you have ordered a pre-order item. Address changes are not able to be made once the order is submitted.


 BACKORDERS 

 Sometimes an item is so popular it gets quickly snatched up. Other times we’re lovingly putting on its finishing touches. Either way, you can still place your order and we promise to get it to you asap; if it’ll be on backorder longer than three weeks, we can issue a refund (with the exception of items with a longer posted pre-order date). We know when you love something, you shift into OMG-Can’t-Wait-to-Get-It mode. We heart your patience and excitement. 


 DELIVERY 

 We ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be issued a refund less original shipping costs. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check that your address is right. 

Options and Customization

 

Are additional options available for custom furniture pieces? What if I have special instructions for my order?


Depending on the furniture piece, there may be more options available to further customize your order. A customer may also provide special instructions about an order. We can change almost any detail on your order. We will be happy to work with you to design your piece to your specifications. Please visit our store or call us at (601) 000.-0000.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We love what we do and we want you to love your items

Custom Furniture: All sales are final. Returns and refunds will only be granted for items that were damaged or broken by us.


Please note that we do not cover items that were broken during shipment using uShip. Please review uShip's damage policy and follow their guidelines on uShip's website.


 

Apparel:  Brand new unworn, unwashed NON-sale clothing with no stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit ONLY, no refunds. 


BEFORE YOU RETURN 

Due to hygiene reasons all accessories (including hats & headbands), jewelry, home decor,  intimates, & bedding  items are final sale only. (We like to think of it as true love.) With this is mind, we list as much info as possible for each item. 


Sale items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 


 INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

 Non-uShip items: If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 3 days of receipt.  It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. All damaged items must have tags still attached and be in unworn condition in order to be replaced. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors, washing incorrectly and/or cutting garments unfortunately will not be replaced.  

 PLEASE NOTE that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages but will work with you to make this right. If you’d like to insure your shipment via USPS, please contact us prior to ordering.  


 STORE CREDIT 

 Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of being received at our store in Flora, MS. You will be issued store credit for the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus incurred shipping charges and/or restocking fee.Items returned that are final sale will be shipped back to the customer or charged up to a 50% restocking fee. Store credit will be emailed to the customer's email account that was created at checkout. Please note that all store credits will expire after a year.
